What if I change my Executor or Power of Attorney at a later date?

People do change their appointed Executors. Sometimes this happens due to change to another bank, attorney or trust company. You could change your Executor whenever you update your Will. Some Executors also die before the person who has made the Will.

You should draft a new Will whenever your circumstances change, whether with regard to finances, divorce, marriage, a new baby or any other occurrence.

You simply update the new contact information on your desktop version of MYPORTFOLIOVAULT CC and upload it to your Vault. Upon loading, your desk top version will forward notifications to your new nominees via email.
